3d marathon 2Another new feature I like in 3D Studio Max in The Edit Geometry rollout that Repeats the most recently used command where in you can edit any poly spline or vertex of different objects simultaneously, saving you time editing each objects,
The Edit Geometry rollout provides global controls for changing the geometry of the polymesh, at either the top (Object) level or the sub-object levels. The control are the same at all levels.

This command is great if your working in mass objects like grass, buildings or plants. It’s actually different from grouping object or selecting multi object then stretching it. Because with global Control Repeat Last lets you edit one object only and automatically apply your changes in a particular spline to other objects
Tips: Create or select an editable poly object. > Modify panel > Edit Geometry rollout

If you extrude a polygon, and want to apply the same extrusion to several others, select the others, and then click Repeat Last.
For example

And if your done and want to stop the Repeat Last tools just highlight all the objects included in the process and right click the editable poly or mesh and select make unique, now you can edit each object with out affecting the other 3d objects.

Rating: ★★★½☆

Reason: This tool is quite useful and saves a lot of time editing multi objects.
